this seems oddly familar....

*remembers going thro all the discussions about this stuff with the GC controller*

ohhhhh. yes. :p

patent findings never mean anything. hardly ever amount to something real. I seriously doubt any company would waste the time putting a built in speaker on a controller. seems utterly pointless.

Yeah, that would be pointless... i dunno about everyone else but I'm satisfied with my 1000 watt altec lansing gaming surround system. Especially when playing DDR....

Hm..... I found the other article, about the gyros, more interesting. And believable I guess. :)

Microphones are fun. Mario Party 6 and Yoshi Touch n Go prove that. Hopefully they can make it good for online use too... and hopefully you can mute other people talking easily. I hated 85% of people on XBox live, and I don't think those going online with any console would be much different.

OMFG, built-in video camera in controller?!

High resolution custom face mapping for every character in every game!

Nintendo has set a new standard for gaming. Can Sony and Microsoft live up to it?

Nothing I'd like better than playing as a sexy Darren McLeod while shooting at the supple teets of enemy Darren McLeods, hopefully with help from those hot bodied teammates, an illustrious team of Darren McLeods.
