y'know those hand air pump things for basketballs and such? They have the little needle-like things you stick into the small holes in the balls?

Well, she had some sort of inflatable thing installed in her boobs, and they just stick one of those hand pump things into her nipple and pump until the size is right for certain occasions...

but, you guys should see this Girl ive gone to school with for 4 years...Her tits are huge...and the amazing thing is she always had gigantic tits, as long as I can remember.

Yeah, there is a girl that I know that is like that. Since like grade 5 she had big boobs. Just started early, I guess.
