OMFG, that commercial was awesome. I extracted the audio and have it continuously playing in my iTunes.

While I am not an X-Box person, this seems cool.

Hm nice, but it could have been an ad for anything.

And I really think it's stupid: 'A revelation!!!! It's....... IMPROVED GRAPHICS!!!!! WAUW!' :p

yeah... the x360 isn't really introducing anything new.... nothing like a revelation... not that we know of.

ps3 is introducing the cell processor which is insane speeds and processing power.
and the revolution... although nothing known .. promises a revolution..

/end sarcasm.

Note: That's not really sarcasm because that is what they're promising.

Dan... you have a lot of misguided anger towards me...

The sarcasm was directed at my whole post...

1. Me being sarcastic about stating Xbox is delivering nothing new.
2. Me being sarcastic about Cell's insane speeds
3. Me being sarcastic about Nintendo's promised revolution.

My post was directed at the commercial of XBOX 360... just like Canyarion contradicted the statement " a revelation ... "

In that case everything you said is true (minus perhaps the PS3 speeds since everyone seems kinda fuzzy on that). Not anger. Just that if you didn't say "/end sarcasm" I don't think anyone would pick up any notion of sarcasm.

- A form of wit that is marked by the use of sarcastic language and is intended to make its victim the butt of contempt or ridicule.

So, it's more speculative observations than sacasm. If wondering why I'm hung up on this, had a speaker from Billionaires for Bush group talk to my english class for three hours and I ended up hating the guy. They do stupid things trying to make a difference yet their execution doesn't help at all since people don't catch on that they're being sacastic and actually against Bush rather than for him.
