Road Trip!

Alright, next summer, a bunch of my friends and I are planning to go on a cross country road trip. So far, we've gotten down the major cities we want to vist (New York, Miami/Orlando, Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, and so on) but we need to know what to do in between these locations.

Do you guy's know of any interesting places in particular that we should visit? Any road trip experiences you'd like to share? Any tips?

Visit the Arch in St. Louis and go to a Cardinals game. It's their last season in the current Busch Stadium. Also, the Great River road along the Illinois side of the Mississippi river is really cool.

That sounds cool. I wish my friends would've been up for a road trip last summer. Maybe they'll do it this summer.

You have a pretty good list so far. I can't think of anything at the moment. I'd just look for something tourist attractions near your visits. Maybe check out some museums, Hollywood, the Smithsonian, Graceland, the Northern Lights, Zoos ...

Visit your travel agent and ask for some pamphlets or maybe they can provide you with a list of places.

Stop by Buffalo and get some real chicken wings.

Stop by Philly and see the liberty bell and the place where they signed the Declaration of Independence and such. Also check out the Mutter Museum in Philly...It's got some amazing stuff as shown here...http://www.roadsideamerica.com/attract/PAPHImut.html

More important than all of that touristy stuff though is to get some real cheesesteaks and subs!
