Dont play games when your angry.
When your angry, or sad/depressed, work out. The adrenaline, or whatever takes care of the anger and sadness.
On a non-related note, Im off to go work out.

Dumbell through wall...
Could also be stress relieving games.

Play something easy with a lot of lights and explosions.
Something like Halo (single mode), Grand Theft Auto, Marvel vs Capcom (or any other fast-paced 2d fighter), or Dynasty Warriors. I've never played Shinobi, but I imagine it'd be good. Or maybe just whip out an old game that can be beaten pretty easily in an hour or so, like Streets of Rage.
I like Einhander, but that's moderately rare and can get pretty tough

I don't tend to get angry ever...
But I assume anything with lots of stuff getting blowed up and blood and gutz would help empty my angered feelingzzz!!1

when I'm angry, I dont feel like playing videogames.
I'll either take my anger out on someone (usually by yelling) or do some sort of physical activity. I play my best basketball when I'm ticked off.

I'd go with Viewtiful Joe, there's no greater feeling than beating robot after robot in slow motion.
Vampyr

Oddworld Stranger's Wrath
I love beating the hell out of the creatures in that game.

I was just playing "Rampage." I wasn't angry, I was more bored than anything, but I might play Rampage if I was angry too. Though I don't get angry usually, I just get sad.
I hardly ever get angered either. Positive attitudes can benefit a lot, you know.
I was a little depressed when my mom was hospitalized, and Sonic Adventure 2's Sonic and Shadow stages were psychologically comforting. I think it was the "running away from everything" feeling.

Agreed! I'm so good at not getting angry that it pisses other people off, which makes me laugh...
And laughter is good for the soul...
oh people. the answer is so easy. play an online FPS when your angry. Theres nothin better then takin out anger on real people. and the more you kill them. the more they get angry, So your not alone anymore :)
plus it often helps you do better. get angry, hop on counter-strike, load yourself up with guns and ammo, and go out rambo style on everyone elses ass. :)

Well, I had planned to change it later today, but why not finish it?
Besides, I just got back into the game that I'm playing now...

I play CS when I'm angry, or I play poker and end up losing money which makes me more angry which inevitably leads me back to CS.

snoogans...
Outlaw Golf isn't too bad actually, you can beat up your caddy as much as you want. Though it's hard to play golf when you're mad.
GTA would be an obvious choice if you're looking to take out aggression. After all, no one is innocent right?
Fighting games like Dead or Alive of course.
Oh and the Matrix is an excellent one! It feels good to beat the crap out of someone in slow motion.

That's an easy question to answer.
KOF. Whenever I'm down or pissed off, I love to kick ass at that game and tally up my wins.

Ace Combat 4 or 5 on the easiest setting. In one of the missions with a lot of dogfighting. Its groovy.

Yeah, I experience the exact same sensation in Viewtiful Joe.

I find that playing Halo 2 online is the source of all my anger lately, so I stopped until they fix cheating.
