We have 4 days from this post until the PSP is launched in North America. I can't wait to get my unit as this has been under pre-order for me for the past 2 months. It will be interesting to see how the PSP sells in NA.

Who else has one on pre-order or is expecting to get one?
(please refrain from replying "I don't want to get one or I don't want one")

This thread was intended to be discussed among people who plan to get one, or have one pre-ordered and intended to uncover their excitement.

I plan to get one for free, in about a week (damn customs). Gotta buy me some games though, and I'm looking at Lumines, Wipeout Pure, and maybe Metal Gear Acid.

Whoo, gonna be some fun.

The upcoming launch has me a bit excited (just to see how it does, what people think of it), but I don't plan on buying one for awhile... Although I do want one...

I'm sure it's going to go rather well. Even if ALL of the pre-orders that sold out don't come through with their purchase of it, it'll generate sales with their 20 launch titles. EBgames already has them in stock.

i have one under pre-order and i have DarkStalkers at home and i'm going to pickup lumines when i get my psp. It's kiling me to see darkstalkers just sitting there not being used.

dont plan on buying one this year...but if end up having the money for it late in the year or next year, and the software lineup remains strong, I'll probably buy one...

That's unlike you Stu. I thought you'd be one of those guys who rushed out and would get it first off, just like me at the Gamecube midnight launch :cool:

Although I want one, I may wait off and see how it goes.........sales wise and games wise.

Did I mention that I wanted one?

at this point, gas money is more important than videogame money.

...and I dont have much to spare after the gas money :(

but that may change soon

Im a sad panda, the radio station I listen to is giving away PSP's, but you need to text in with a cell phone. And my parents being the social Nazi's they are havent got me a cell yet.
