You post it like you believe it's real...
Check the source: http://mxemu.com/news.php?newsid=1109199353 that site is months old.
AND why would they use the crappy codename? And why the computer mock-ups?

+rep for that, you posted the exact site i was going to post as to where it came from. i was gunna post this concept design a while ago, i kinda like the simplicity of the logo. lol
but its not real by any means. just another fan concept design like all the ps3 ones.

i thought crash was copying my gamecube/power converter post with that waffle iron... lol.
i believe thats fake... even a sony fanboy such as me, can tell you that Nintendo is capable of so much more.

Nintendo = :beerchug:
Nintendo with that Design = :one:
design isnt nearly as bad as the colors. no way would the real design have gaudy looking teal buttons with a glowing teal light.

Interesting concept mockup. I just hope when Ninty reveals Revolution that it has 4 memory card ports and not 2 :(

I don't want to come off as an ass here, but did you read all of Crash's post?
heh, no way this is a real design, but it's cool none the less:
He didn't think it was the actual design. He was merely posting it for fun, and to compare it to a waffle iron.
I pray that's not even close to the real design.

interesting.... playing a racing game and having 4 different people load their own cars...but thats doable with 2 ports... just take one out as soon as its done loading.

OMG, Nintendo would never revert to such big, ugly discs.
The future is small my friends. The discs won't be any bigger than the Gamecube ones.
I think it looks cheap and crummy. The lid looks like it could snap off. Maybe a real life version of it looks cooler. I agree with Null on the ugly teal colors too.
Then again, I probably thought the same thing about the indigo Gamecube when I first saw images of it but it's not that bad.

Like Crash said obviously not a real design.
1st clue: It doesn't at all look like it is a revolution from their existing console.

not at all...

I love the white, that is real cool though, I completely wouldn't mind a white console .. .with red and black accentes...

Ok, a bit confused. This is under rumors at that site but is everything written there a rumor or is the console's final name really gonna be Revolution?

Nintendo MAX is going to be the name of the console according to speculation from the GDC press.

Hmm... not sure I'm a big fan.
"Hey man, you wanna go play some MAX?"... doesn't sound as nice as "Cube". Whatever though, names don't make a system. At least it's not "Nintendo GameCube 2"...

I thought Sony was really original with that sequential ordering idea........ the commercial came out with PS9.... lol... to think 9 generations ahead.
Thats why I think it's going to s*ck if Microsoft names theirs Xbox 2........
But press at the Gaming Developers Conference said they heard Nintendo talking either Nintendo MAX or Nintendo R

Haha...posted it in a new topic. Man, if it is real it means squat since they're gonna change it. But still cool.

Nintendo Max doesn't sound cool.
So, the potential of any cool people buying it just went out the window.

They should call it the PlayStation 4. Then when people see PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 side by side, which do you think they'd choose?
Crash
02-26-2005, 03:54 AM
eh, they have a copyright, so we'll have to call it "Playzdation 4"
"mom, can i have a playstation for christmas"
comes home with the playzdation
in all reality, they should call it .... Nintendowned you MOM Biatch!
think of all the cool slogans

Still like Nintendo 5...
Having sequential names makes the public think it has more staying power.
PlayStation and Final Fantasy are prime examples.
