That's the current rumor. Even though neither company has commented on it, the rumor caused Tivo stock to jump a little today. Interesting news. Even more interesting are the possibilities of the future if Apple is buying Tivo. Does this mean Apple will expand their hardware line or simply input Tivo-like technologies into their future computers?

In addition, Apple introduced a 6G iPod Mini as well as 30G and 60G models of the iPod Photo.
The 4G Mini model is now $199 ($249 previously) and the new 6G model is $249.
Since Null would point this out anyway, I'll just do it this time:
6G iPod Mini $249 OR for an additional $50 you can have a standard 20G iPod.
6G = Bad Deal?
