Wow, the Simpsons are tackling gayness.

And I thought last weeks episode reached a new low.

"I like this type of radio activity!" AHAHAHAH! LOOK AT MY FUN SPIN ON WORDS! LOOK AT IT LOOK AT IT!

Seriously though....the Simpsons needs to be cancelled, what say you?

They have been. This is their last season....or maybe next year's...

I heard they got the permission to make episodes till 2009. Or maybe that was when Conan was moving up in the time slot. I can't remember.

Edit: The best part of this new episode is that it was exactly like the other episode[s] where Patty/Selma try to pursue relationships. It's been done before, for better or worse, and that is why the show needs to go.

The whole gay marriage thing was stupid too.

C'mon guys. The Simpons is a show that has been running for as long as it has for a reason. It is the longest running prime time show ever. It still makes me laugh.

The show will go on at least one more season after this year. Fox has allready ordered through 2006. But after that is still up in the air...there's really no reason why fox wouldnt order more episodes...I think it still does decent in the ratings.

But as to wether or not it should be cancelled, thats really tough to say. I mean yea, its not as good as it was in its heyday, not even close...but on the other hand, its still a lot better then most of the crappy cartoons that are on.

And just for the record, I thought the super bowl episode of this season was pretty good. Had some really funny stuff in it.

Have the Simpsons really changed, or is it perhaps you (the viewers) that have changed?

Perhaps you've grown up and the humor no longer appeals to your adult mind? I know it's a sad day when you realize the innocence and sparkle that once occupied your soul no longer exists, but please do not blame the Simpsons or next Mario game for this. Blame life and yourself. For it is the process of growing up and aging, that ruins everything.
