Wow, a parents guide to leetspeak.

How perverse.

That can't be serious. And if it is, it's the stupidest thing I have ever seen. I'm a grammar whore, and the only time I ever use "1337" speak is when I'm trying to be humorous by being gay. No one in the right mind would type full sentences using that language. Really, the only word I use commonly is pwn, and again, I only use it for its retarded humor value.

I almost flipped shiz when I heard that Internet slang like "lol" and "brb" made its way into a dictionary. I think it might have been Webster.

/me shudders

At any rate, WTF is wrong with you people? For god's sake, THERE IS NOT THEIR IS NOT THEY'RE, YOUR IS NOT YOU'RE, TWO IS NOT TO IS NOT TOO IS NOT 2!!!!!!

LEARN HOW TO SPELL.

And, quick question? Don't you people find it easier just to type out the real word? I think it's more of a pain in the ass to type "yur" or whatever in place of "you're". Words like "the," "to," and "there" are programmed into my typing routine. I can punch the words out in like 1/4 of a second.

That was intentional, and, probably better then the automatic-****-blocker.

I almost always type normal unless I'm joking around with others by screwing around in "leetspeek"
