Ico 2?
Ico 2, right? I haven't played the first one, but I think this one shouldn't be skipped.

Its actual name is Wanda and Colossus (right?). I don't think it has any story connection to Ico...
Anyway...
This is supposed to be on the PS2?! Wow...

Yes, it seems that it doesn't have any story connection. It's just from the same team who made Ico.

I think this game looks like something Zelda fans would love. You guys should go to http://www.gametrailers.com and download some of the trailers there...they are amazing.
From what I've read, Wanda and Colossus is a type of spiritual sequal to Ico. The stores aren't connected, but it's still sequel.

ICO is an absolute gem of a game. I agree that Zelda fans would definately love it...it's got that whole "lone wolf" feel. This one, by the same team, just looks stunning. Dont know much about gameplay yet, but I'm not concerned about that. The team did a great job with ICO.

I believe that the story involves a young man, named Wanda, who is carrying the body of a lifeless girl. He brings her to an altair, and a heavenly voice tells him that to restore her soul he must kill these huge Colossus creatures that roam the land. He will be assisted by his horse, Argo, and he will have to find the creatures and climb up them to find their weak spot.
Wanda is a pretty bad name for a guy, but in japan the word looks much more like "wonder", derived from "wonderer".
I think they will change the title when it comes to america.

And they changed the title...thank God.
I didn't actually read that thing, just read the title. This is what I know. Each Collosus is a level.

From the way the article described it, its more like the whole entire bloody world is just one giant level and the colossi are all boss-type characters.
Sort of...

I have. I wrote a preview on the game a couple months ago. I know pretty much everything there is to know about it.

I read the article but when exactly is it coming out? I didn't see a release date (did i miss it)
If it comes out over the summer, maybe i can talk my brother into getting it for his PS2 so I can play it while I am there.

the interview actually had me reaching for my wallet and trying to somehow find a way to hand the man my money so I can play the game.
Unreal...it looks absolutely incredible

According to the guy being interviewed, it'll be out this fall. And it'll playable be at E3 too, oh HELL YES.
