*takes a deep breath* Ok, here we go.
I have a little predicament involving my future line of work which shall very shortly (a week) also shape my new social life. Damn I hate fresh starts.
My first name is D.C. Well, it's my first and middle initials but I've always signed my stuff (art, writings, etc) that way. I'm wondering if this shall cause confusion/lack of work in the future when I fully enter the comic book field because of DC Comics (or if I should happen to get an internship with Marvel.) Should I create a pseudonym for my first name (not too found of my real first name (Daniel/Danny/Dan is far too common. (Ooh like that? Parentheses within parentheses.))) or stick with D.C. which everyone calls me anyway? In a few days shall be starting at an art school where many of the teachers currently work or used to work for DC Comics. Think they would give me a hard time? ("DC Comics" is kind of retarded anyway since the 'C' stands for Comics so it's really Detective Comics Comics, but I doubt they would change the name for me.)
I am so very confused. Any advice would be appreciated. Damn my obsession with names. *bangs head on desk*
side note: Danchastu is the first three letters of my names put together so can't do much with thatl.
