Take a look at this ebay seller:

He's selling brand new Game Boy games for rediculous prices ($20). And the games come without case or manual. :hmm:
What do you think? I've already emailed Nintendo America about this (Nintendo Europe doesn't have something to report this to).
Look like some guy that steals games or copies them...
"Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap-- GBA SP"
Most likely copying.

Sounds suspicious to me. I better file a report as well.

I also mailed Nintendo Holland. GM, mailing them would be a good idea. :)

Yay, victory for me!!!

The guy suddenly isn't a subscriber of ebay anymore. The latest comment on a deal is: The game came late and it's not real, it's a copy from Thailand!
:D Go me. :p *dances*
Edit:
I found another one. http://search.ebay.nl/_W0QQgotopageZ1QQsassZgameQ5fplazaQQsorecordsperpageZ50QQsosortorderZ1QQsosortpropertyZ1
I'm taking him down. :)

There seems to be too much GBA game pirating on Ebay... Enough for me to not buy GBA games from it...
Sometimes it's obvious (the seller location is usually Hong Kong or something like that, and is selling games for cheap), but othertimes it's not as obvious...
Just like how it's near impossible to find real Nintendo brand SNES controllers on Ebay... all people sell are cheap knockoffs (that usually comes in groups of two)...

Well, third party controllers aren't illegal, right?
I like tracking down those illegal games. I love it how they actually take care of it. :D Makes you wonder though what they do to the seller... can they prosecute (spelling?) him/her/them?
I found another one, he was selling a standalone Minish Cap, not a whole load, so I'm watching him....
My friend bought Zelda: Oracle of Ages off of Ebay, and it appeared on his doorstep in a black cartridge. Funny thing, it worked absolutely fine, and when he traded it into EB, they didn't even notice that it was a pirate.

7 more.
I think that for every account deleted, they start 2 new ones. They need to track them down and prosecute them!!
