No title... I couldn't really think of one.

So I'm doing well in college, and I haven't had time to make you people a nice wittle post.

Uhm let's see where to begin?

Aha!

So I got my mid-terms a few weeks ago and I was doing well in all but one class... Chemistry... My major. So I went and dropped it for this semester. I picked up Spanish 102 (Which was the only class left that I could fit into my schedule) It was a 9 week course and it meets everyday...

Wow it's tough to go everyday, but I've been doing it.

Only two days of class this week. Hooray! One full day, and one day with one class. I'll be leaving Tuesday night for home where I will wash clothing and myself and then head out to la casa de mis abuelos on Wednesday. Won't that be exciting?

I've had some recent periods of trial and tribulation but I've worked through most of it and life is a little better. I think Josh (My roomate and longtime partner in crime, err well more like bystander) is starting to work through some of his dilemmas also... Though I can't be sure.

I'm still rocking the video games and I can't wait for Ohayocon. My Anji Mito is now pretty beastly and hard to beat. I think I'll do pretty well in the Smash Brother's Tournament. As long as no one can use Roy or Marth's counter (Which by the way is a dumb move... I'm thinking it lasts for 45 frames but I can't find the actual frames for it right now... I think normal counters are like 5-15 frames.)

Oh my 3rd Strike game is improving, I haven't fought Josh since I started improving it, but I will.

I don't know where to go or to stay during Christmas... I must find a way to leave the house... Must get out. This summer it will be easier to get out for sure... At least I hope it will.

Anyway that's my life up to date.

I'm looking forward to Christmas break. Yay!

EDIT: This is post 500 by the way! Never thought this day would come. 2 years from now you can expect 1000. Yeah!

I would fear Marth more than Roy. He's faster, and very deadly in the air.

I'm like a Marth master, and I know I annoyed the hell out of you last time we played and I used him, but he can be beaten.

You were complaining last time that when I knocked you off the edge you couldn't get back because I was using my charged up verticle swing. The reason you couldn't get back was becuase you kept using Fox's forward fire-charge straight at me, and it was like playing baseball.

If someone there uses Marth, and they pin you on the ede like I did, aim for the ede of the level. Just grab on, then roll up under them. You have invincibility frames during the time you are rolling, and the charge attack can't hurt you. Better yet, since they are already charging it up they have to do something with it, so you can take that time to hit them from behind.

Something else I want to point out is Marth's slide. He is a very fast character and he has very little traction. If someone is running all out at you and you jump over their head, Marth will try to stop and turn around but will slide several inches first. You can use that down time to try and do something.

Also, I don't know if you are aware, but Marth has a sweet spot on his sword. A good Marth user tries to hit you with the very tip of his blade. This actually makes Marth a long-range melee fighter, if there is such a thing. If you can stay up in his face he'll have a harder time hurting you.

And the counter...well, a good Marth user will nail you with it every time. You might want to avoid using the really fast repititous kick that fox does, because you'll get countered every time. The best thing to do is to stay aware, and if you see him counter, grab him.

Ahhh. I really wish I could go to Ohayocon. :( My Marth would dominate the SSB:M tournament.

Good to see that your grades are good.

Maybe there will be a day we can hang out and play more fighting games over Christmas Break? I'll bring Isuka. :D
