Well, that is impresive for that old of a card. The guy did a good job getting that to work.

Although, it definetely is crappy.

That's reeeeaaaally weird... After seeing the game as it is, then seeing it like that... It's almost like... If Doom 3... Were remade... It would be the original version... WHICH DOESN'T EXIST!....... whoa.... *puff puff*

Now, I haven't played Doom3, but from what I've heard, it plays a lot like one of those run-of-the-mill FPS back when the original Doom was new. Or something like that. Which means a lot of the appeal was just graphics, right?

So if you turn the shnazzy graphics off wouldn't it just be like playing the old Doom? So, if your graphics...card..thing (I soooo don't do PC gaming) can't handle the game...then wouldn't it just be easier to buy the original Doom? Or something...?

*shrugs and walks away*

Doom 3 had a great atmosphere, I think much better than any other Doom just because of the excellent use of lighting and shading. It really has a killer mood. However, it did feel pretty bland to play because it got boring. And, even on my slightly new computer, it ran at a sad little 15-20fps on low-mid settings.
