Went to go see this tonight. What a wonderful movie. Best animation I've seen. Amazing action sequences, very witty and clever, and absolutely hilarious. Go see it now, and see it later too, you won't be disappointed!

Indeed. Me and the slave watched it on opening night. Without a doubt, it was worth our trouble.

Hm I'll see it on DVD one day... the theme doesn't appeal to me.
And I've got no money anyway. :p I wanted to see Alien vs Predator and Resident Evil: Apocalypse, but no ping-ping. :(

wouldn't say it was the best... (fan of the original Toy Story), but it was an awesome movie. My 5 year old actually sat through the entire thing. It was great.

I saw it opening day as well, I liked it a lot.
On a second note, Disney is planning on making a Toy Story 3.

I'm more concerned about Pixar breaking with Disney. Especially after the movie "Cars" which looks incredibly lame.
Oh, and the Incredibles was great. As I said in the other thread.

Wait wait, Disney's gonna make Toy Story WITHOUT Pixar?
Who made "Cars"?

Well, from what I read in the article, Disney wants to get Toy Story 3 under development (I don't know about releasing it though) before Disney's distribution deal with Pixar is ended in 2005 after the release of the Pixar/Disney movie "Cars" which is being directed by John Lasseter, the director of Toy Story Toy Story 2, and A bug's life while being a producer on every other Pixar film.

Pixar is good at what they do.
I dont plan on seeing The Incredibles though, maybe with my lady friend when it comes out, but not now.
A Bugs life is actually a good movie.

All the films that involve Pixar and made by Pixar. Disney just distributes them. Unless Disney can get Pixar to do TS3 before their contract runs out, then I guess Disney will have to do it without Pixar.

It's the dozen sequels that have given The Land Before Time such a bad reputation. The first one is actually pretty good. And now Dinsey is going to ruin Toy Story's name by giving it a bunch of low quality sequels.

There are two reasons to make a sequel:
1. To continue the storyline.
2. To make more money.
Toy Story 2 was very good. Many say better than the first. However, I doubt that they can continue that especially if they develop 3 and 4 at the same time.
I can't remember crap from the second Toy Story. However, the first I could recite to you, line by line. All I remember from the second one was them being in a toy store.

Did everyone enjoy the Pixar short played before called Boundin'? I thought that was cool too. I've been looking for an audio version of it to download so I can listen to it.

It went "Stomp Stomp Stomp Stomp Stomp" right?
...or was it "Bound Bound Bound"?
I almost puked from laughter when that short animation was playing.
I have a question. What was that thing that teached the sheep how to dance? I can't remember now.
